- are the area’s sealed crawlspace experts. First, we inspect for evidence of water damage and microbial growth and remedy accordingly. We then install a drain if one is not already present. After the drain is installed, a thick layer of poly is laid with 100% ground coverage. Then we close up and seal off the foundation vents. Spray foam is applied on the crawl space walls, leaving a small gap for termite inspection. Lastly a method of dehumidification is needed. This can come in the form of a dedicated supply in the crawl space or a Honeywell Dehumidifier.
